Baking isn't just a hobby for me, it is a lifestyle, it is a passion. I have fond memories of my mom and I in the kitchen baking shortbread or gingerbread cookies for Christmas. I remember at a young age cooking and experimenting quite a bit. My family was supportive in whatever experiment I had. For that, I am thankful. I finally began baking bread when I was 18, and I haven't stopped since. Patience has become a motto for me, and the oven, it is my friend. I attended Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts as a pastry student. I moved back to the New Castle area and I plan on staying here. I hope I will be the best, like no one ever was when it comes to serving you extraordinary cakes and delightful deserts.
